These old Tamiya kits still can rock when allowed to. Yours is an excellent exercise in weathering one DAK vehicle.
May I say I'm not too keen on the way the gun was painted. It may come from the pictures but I see everything painted the same color : barrel cradle etc ...of course I take some parts were left grey and not yellow camo'ed yet ... do you see what I mean ?
May I also add I do not agree with my friend Dario about the correct way to paint a 20 mm gun barrel. They were "gun metal" wich as we know looks like black. some "silverish" chips are welcome yet it still looks black. Here's a quatuor of dusty 20 mm guns :
