I find it intresting that the book is not only about the nuts and bolts of the kitchen but also about the actual restoration by the owner.

I got the book last Thursday and will try and get up a small review on it ASAP.
It's a great book-lots of detail pics-lots of photos in action with the Germans and reinactors as well. Even receipes!
