thanks Dario kind of you to say so, but I'm only partially happy with how it all looks, I need a lot more experience and practice I fear. BTW love the train piece you posted pics of today.

So I haven't posted in this one for a bit, but I do have two pics I took a while ago showing the metal tubing I w=used to construct stronger and better pinions for the wheels to fit snuggly over. There is a metal pin that is threaded through the axle and the "T" shaped tube, that was put together with solder. It fully sweeps back and forth. But this really doesn't mean much a the way the linkages are designed there really is no opportunity for actual active steering. More research and scratch work would be required and I just don't want to invest that much time rectifying this issue. I want this build to be more about the painting and weathering,, which I still have more to do before I'll be calling this one done.
