Thanks, I managed to get the right side finished for the tracks. I determined that 129 links is what I needed to get the sag I wanted. I am pleased with out it has turned out being my first Friul.
Thanks guys, upon further review however, many pictures of the T-35 showed a rather very straight track, so I took out one extra link to give it a little more of a snug fit. In the pictures above, when I picked up the model I could almost fit my hand through the droop of the track and the road wheels. By removing just one link it really help improve that a lot.
Anyways, I've painted the tracks in a Testors Gloss Black spray can and then lightly airbrushed with MM enamel Steel. Continue work on the upper hull as well.
Before putting on the side shields, I decided to paint it black for a pre shading as well as a base color for the rubber tires. Then after assembly I primed the rest of the model in Krylon Black Indoor Outdoor and lightly painted two layers of Model Master European Dark Green and the same paint in a lighter shade, concentrating on central panels. Just for fun, I added the tracks and turrets to see how she looks....also a figure for scale.
