L1500A (Kfz.70), WWII German Personnel Car

The Daimler-Benz company was designed all-wheel-drive chassis L1500A of 1,5 t capacity in the end of 1941. Most of these chassis received open bodies for transportation of 7 men (Kfz.70). All in all there were produced about 4900 L1500A. These vehicles were extremely durable and reliable.L1500A personnel cars were used by all German arms of service in the Soviet-German front, in North Africa, Italy, France up to the end of war.Highly detailed chassis, engine and interior. 4 versions decal sheet included.

ANother nice looking vehicle. Bad thing about ICM trucks here in the States is that they are so expensive. $50+ retail per kit. That is really over the top for a softskin vehicle this size. Mini-Arts new GAZ line also looks very good.

Are ICM kits good quality? Do they assemble with a minimum of repairs or corrections?

This model from ICM is in quite good quality. It builds well with minimal modifications,corrections and repairs.
Currently, I am finishing the model, as well as an article about building of this model for a Czech Model Magazine. If you want, I give some photos here.
