A rare picture of a Mercedes 170V from Legion Condor in Spain in 1938

I've slightly modified the Master Box Polizeikubelsitzwagen.
Just changing the boxes and spare wheel on back with bigger box, as in the photo.
Added "doors" and changed the tyres for resin copies, altered to look "weighed"



The figure, a "brigada" (the highest NCO rank at that time) is a modified Tamiya, with Miniart hands and head, and a scratched beret.

Nice work.

A small problem with the uniform though. I believe that it is a 1943 model jacket identifiable by the straight edged pocket flaps and no box pleats in the center of the pockets. Earlier uniform jackets up until 1943 had scalloped flaps on the pockets and a box pleat in the center. Early/pre war jackets also had a dark green collar, but from May 1940 the collar was made from the same field grey cloth of the jacket!

Sorry, Tim, perhaps the post isn't on the right board, because isn't of WWII.
It's a Mercedes, in Spain, late 1938, and the soldier is from the Legion Condor.
Its uniform isn't of the regular Wehrmacht, because of political motives (Well, after the pact of Munich it was yet irrelevant).

Unlike this, the uniform usually had pleats on the pockets.
