Hi folks,
Below is a photo from the interior of Kubinka's 250/9. I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify the round mount/ housing that's visible to the right of the driver's headpad (or what remains of it)?
That it appears to be connected to the turret ring suggested to me some kind of azimuth indicator but it's location doesn't really support this. Only other suggestion I've had is some form of lamp. Although there are no wires, cables or even empty clips to support this either.
I'd be interested in hearing any thoughts anyone might have.

Cheers
Allan

Thanks Jamie,
I honestly didn't expect any miracles to happen as it's drawn up blanks everywhere I've asked. But you never know. None of the Allied evaluations I've read mention it although I've never been able to find a copy of the evaluation the British did on the 234/1 they captured. Seeing as it looks as though it's related to the turret, it was probably present an some, or all, of the other vehicles fitted with the Hangelafette turret.
If anyone knows where i might access this evaluation I'd love to know.

Cheers
Allan
