I actually enjoy the subject Jamie, but it is nice to know contributions are appreciated. Every time this is discussed I find details I've overlooked and things get clearer.
Unfortunately, it's not really all that complicated, just difficult to explain over a medium like this. In the ML thread I tried to lay out the details as simply as possible, although this isn't something I'm particularly good at. At least I haven't upset anyone this time, despite putting Dan on the defensive, which wasn't my intention at all.
Dario, maybe it's best to ask specific questions that highlight where any confusion might lie. I usually reread over my posts to make sure they make sense, but my perspective alone is never guaranteed.
Looking forward to the rest of the build.
