Tristar- did the come back fizzle?

I'm just wondering about what's happened to one of my favourite model companies? Tristar was having difficulties - disappeared for a while and then they were to have some kind of comeback but besides the little paratrooper bike what's going on?

I heard that they were bought out by someone in England?
