Hi
I am currently building Cyberhobbies Nashorn (Command Version) and am planning to fit an interior as accurate as possible in the kit.
I have some querries regarding the electrical equipment fitted in the vehicle.
I mananged to find some pics which shown the interior of the engine-compartment but have some questions which hopefully somebody can shine a light on.
Here are the pics,
Picture 1 found on the web was taken thru the shell penetration holes in the Aberdeen Nashorn.

Picture 2 is from a Hummel found on Mike Kendall's AFV Interior web-site, Both vehicles were similar in being based on Geschutzwagen III/IV chassis.

I am curious to the function of the electrical equipment built to the right Engine compartment Hull just below the fans.
I don't have much info on electrical system of PzIII, PzIV or the GeschW III/IV. Found some similar looking devices fitted to the Tiger IE in various documentation about the Tiger 1E.
For the Tiger 1E this is listed and described as:
* Entstörer (Noise Suppressors, 3off P/N EM/S 75/1 or EM/S 100/1)
* Abzweigdose (Distribution Box)
* Regler Schalter (Regulator Switch, PN RS/KN600/700 12/1)
* Sammler Haupt Schalter (Master Battery Switch, PN SSH 68/1Z)
* Sammler Schaltschutz (Battery Starting Protection, PN SH/SE 8/1)
If anyone has any knowledge of the shown electrical gear in the photos or known what there function was please give me a reply.
I believe Nashorn would have some similar electric equipment as the Tiger 1E probarly with lower curreent ratings. All electric was manufactured by Bosch so maybe they can provide me with some information.
Cheers
