This time I don't let things go and stick to my homeworks.
I've kept on working on this bugger.

First I built my first set of Modelkasten tracks ever ... I'm not sure I liked it and my prefer the friul way as these as beautiful as they are really are fragile and need to be handled with great care (I'm all thumbs as you know !)

Then I received - courtesy of Tom Cockle - a set of test runs of the new dML "narrow" Pz III wheels. these do not have the "continentau" written on but i don't really care ...

And of course I worked on the hull too.

PE was kept to the strict minimum. I see the kit tools and clamps as good enough to just need a little sanding to thin them down. Good enough for me at the moment.

Oh and here's th eone i want to make :

With a mix of this one ( the track links on the front plate look appealing to me !)

Tank.
They'll need some adjustment though ... they're supposed to go with one early Pz IV, with the single large hatch.
Cheers.

Hi guys. Not much progress as "work gets in the way" but here we are : Tracks are done, Build is finished with the exception of the engine deck. The unit this F belongs to used to customize the rear deck by putting two large crates which I'll have to scratch build of course. Base coat of paint is done and I had to use some glossy humbrol brown to approximate the real color which gives this strange feeling on the pics ...

funnily, the pics bring more contrast between the two colors than the eye really sees ... I'm not that good with a camera, am I ?
Cheers.
